No. We are an independent business on our own farmland at Old Knebworth, on the opposite side of the estate from the official J7 entrance. We do not sell concert tickets and we are not connected to the promoter or Knebworth House.

A glamping pop-up hotel in a field: fifty pre-pitched bell tents sleeping up to four, with a real bed made up, a shower block and a toilet block, a bar and food on site, a host on the phone all weekend, and your car in the hotel car park two minutes away. You bring yourselves and a bag. Guide price from £699 a night per tent, and you book whichever of the nine nights you want across the three show weekends: Friday and Saturday for a Saturday show, Sunday for a Sunday show. Fifty is the limit without a planning application, so when they are gone, they are gone.

Glamping. Every tent is pitched and made up before you arrive, with a double bed as standard and room for up to four, and there are hot showers and flushing toilets in the field. Nobody pitches anything. The full interior is confirmed before bookings open. We do not take bring-your-own tents.

Not this year. The overnight offer is the hotel only. Campervans and motorhomes are welcome in the car park for a show day but cannot stay overnight.

On foot or by our shuttle. The site sits on the Old Knebworth side of the park; the exact route to the pedestrian entrance is agreed with the estate and published to every ticket holder at least 14 days before the show, with a map and timings. Budget 30–40 minutes door to door either way.

Because we would rather run a small car park well than a big one badly. One hundred cars pre-booked is what our lane and our stewards handle comfortably. If the lane is clear on the day we release more spaces, and you can scan the QR at the gate and pay on your phone.

No, and nobody honestly can. What we control is our field, our gate and our approach: a private lane on the far side of the estate from every official car park, reached from the B656. Every big Knebworth show on record has jammed the Junction 7 side, not the Codicote side, which is why we are here. But the public roads are run by Hertfordshire County Council and the police on the day, and the 2027 traffic plan is not published yet. Leave early, follow our route rather than your satnav, and if an official closure ever makes the site unreachable you get a full refund.

Parking guests, yes: there is no block release and you leave the way you came, away from the event exit routes. Hotel guests walk back to a lit field, a bar and a bed, and drive home in the morning when the A1(M) is empty. That is the whole point.

Yes, a container bar and food traders in a fenced compound beside the hotel, open show days from midday and hotel arrival evenings from 17:00, last orders 22:30, with coffee and food in the morning. Challenge 25 applies, no glass, and the compound has a fixed capacity so at busy times there may be a short wait at the gate. Food and drink are paid for as you go; nothing is bundled into the price.

You pay in full when you book. Cancel for any reason up to 1 June 2027 and you get a full refund. After that date bookings are non-refundable, except that we refund in full if the show is cancelled, the site cannot open, or an official road closure makes the site unreachable by car.

If you want the weekend, yes: the hotel, the bar and the food are the same, and you are on the doorstep if an official resale ticket lands. But be clear-eyed: a hotel booking is not a concert ticket, it does not get you into the park, and while you will very likely hear the show from a mile away we cannot promise it. We never sell or source tickets, and anyone offering to at our gate is not us.
