We are KBCE Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17486883), running the site on our own land at Old Knebworth, next to our business park. 2027 is our first year, so there are no reviews yet. No. We are a separate business on our own farmland at Old Knebworth, on the opposite side of the estate from the official Junction 7 entrance. We do not sell concert tickets and we are not connected to the promoter or Knebworth House.

A pop-up glamping site in a field: fifty pre-pitched bell tents sleeping up to four, with a real bed made up, a shower block and a toilet block, a host on site all weekend, and one car per tent in the guest car park two minutes away, included, and a bar and food in the field, paid for as you go. You bring yourselves and a bag. £699 a night per tent, across nine nights on the three show weekends: Friday and Saturday for a Saturday show, Sunday for a Sunday show.

Glamping. Every tent is pitched and made up before you arrive, as one double bed or four singles, your choice when you book, with room for up to four, and there are hot showers and flushing toilets in the field. Nobody pitches anything.

Not this year. The overnight offer is the glamping only. Campervans and motorhomes are welcome in the car park for a show day but cannot stay overnight: the car park closes at 02:00 after the show.

On foot, about a mile from the stage. The park's Old Knebworth Lane entrance is a 15-minute walk from our site, passing the Lytton Arms pub about halfway. Which entrances are open on show days is up to the organisers, so we confirm the route nearer the time and send it to every guest before the show.

Because we would rather run a small car park well than a big one badly. One hundred pre-booked cars is what our lane and our team handle comfortably, and it keeps the roads around Old Knebworth calm. Pre-booked only.

No, and nobody honestly can. What we control is our field, our gate and our approach: a private lane on the far side of the estate from the Junction 7 entrance, reached from the B656. Every big Knebworth show on record has jammed the Junction 7 side, not the Codicote side, which is why we are here. But the public roads are run by Hertfordshire County Council and the police on the day, and the 2027 traffic plan is not published yet. Leave early and follow our route rather than your satnav.

Parking guests, yes*: there is no block release in our car park, and you leave the way you came, away from the event exit routes. Glamping guests walk back to a lit field and a bed, and drive home in the morning once the show traffic has cleared. That is the whole point. *Unless the police or stewards hold traffic on the public roads after the show, so allow time.

Yes: we will offer a bar, with food traders beside the tents. Challenge 25 applies and there is no glass. Food and drink are paid for as you go; nothing is bundled into the price.

To your tent, yes: no glass, and keep it in the tent field. The bar compound is licensed, so no outside alcohol inside it. There is no damage deposit.

You pay in full when you book, or, for a bell-tent booking (a Friday–Saturday pair, a Weekender or a Sunday night) made by 31 March 2027, pay in stages: 20% when you book, half by 31 January 2027 and the rest by 1 June 2027 (from 1 January 2027, half when you book). Parking on its own is paid in full. If you cancel, we keep 20% of the booking price up to 31 January 2027, 50% up to 1 June 2027 and all of it after that, but you can hand yours to someone else (who takes on any payments still to come): email us the new names and car registrations up to 7 days before you arrive, or ask us to resell it. If a show is cancelled before 1 July 2027, we refund the nights for it in full; after that, glamping bookings stand. Parking for a cancelled show is always refunded in full. If a show is moved, your booking moves with it where we can host the new date. Our terms have the full detail.

If you want the weekend, yes: the tents, the bar and the food are the same, and you are on the doorstep if an official resale ticket lands. But be clear-eyed: a glamping booking is not a concert ticket, it does not get you into the park, and while you will very likely hear the show from a mile away we cannot promise it. We never sell or source tickets, and anyone offering to at our gate is not us.
