why a hotel in a field beats driving home
The worst part of any Knebworth show is not getting in, it is getting out. At Iron Maiden in July 2026 people reported three to five hours to leave the car parks. In 2003 NME reported “nine hours of traffic jams” for Robbie Williams. Oasis will be two and a half times the Iron Maiden crowd on each of six days.
Staying turns that problem into the best part of the weekend. You walk back from the encore to a lit field a mile or so away, have a drink in the compound with everyone else who was there, sleep in a real bed, shower, and drive home on an empty motorway.
the room
One kind of room. A bell tent already up when you arrive, with a double bed as standard and room for up to four. from £699 a night per tent. Fifty of them, in rows with a lit path, two metres apart. The full interior, and what is and is not included, is confirmed before bookings open.
What is on site. A shower block with hot showers and a toilet block with flushing toilets, both in the hotel field. A container bar and food traders in the fenced compound next door, open from 17:00 on arrival nights and from midday on show days, with coffee and food in the morning. A host on the phone from check-in to check-out.
What is not included. Food and drink; you pay as you go at the bar and the traders. Concert tickets. The full list of what is and is not included is confirmed before bookings open.
which nights to book
Nine nights are on sale: Friday, Saturday and Sunday on all three show weekends. Book any of them, in any combination.
Saturday shows (11, 18 and 25 September): most people take Friday and Saturday nights, from £1,398, and leave on Sunday morning. Saturday night alone is from £699.
Sunday shows (12, 19 and 26 September): Sunday night, from £699, leave on Monday morning.
Both shows in one weekend: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, from £2,097, same tent throughout.
Check-in from 14:00 on the day of your first night, check-out by 11:00 the morning after your last.
paying and cancelling
You pay in full when you book. Cancel for any reason up to 1 June 2027 and you get a full refund. After that date the booking is non-refundable, except that we refund in full if the show is cancelled, the site cannot open, or an official road closure makes the site unreachable by car.
Oasis Knebworth accommodation, a mile from the stage
Everything is on our own land on the Old Knebworth side of the park: fifty made-up bell tents sleeping up to four, hot showers and flushing toilets, a bar and food in the field, and your car parked beside the hotel. You walk or shuttle to the show and walk back to a bed.
We are small, quiet after 23:00, on the west side of the estate rather than inside the event's traffic plan, and you never touch Junction 7. Fifty tents is the limit without a planning application, so when they are gone, they are gone.
what we don't do this year
No bring-your-own tents, no overnight campervans, no family tents or suites. One kind of tent, up to four guests. Campervans and motorhomes are welcome in the car park for a show day.

questions
Do I need a concert ticket to stay?+
No, but a hotel booking is not a concert ticket and does not get you into the park. Plenty of people without tickets will come for the weekend; see the homepage for straight talk on that.
Can I hear the show from the hotel?+
On a still evening a mile or so from the stage you will very likely hear it. We cannot promise it, and we do not market the site as a place to watch or listen from.
Is there a minimum stay?+
No. One night, two or three, whichever you want. Most guests for a Saturday show take Friday and Saturday nights.
What do I need to bring?+
Yourselves and a bag. The bed is made, and the rest of the interior is confirmed before bookings open. Bring a warm layer for September nights.
Can three or four people share a tent?+
Yes, a tent sleeps up to four: a double bed as standard, with the arrangement for a third and fourth guest confirmed before bookings open. Say how many when you book.
Can we arrive after the show?+
Check-in runs 14:00 to 22:00 on the day of your first night. If you are coming from the show itself, check in before you walk to the arena; the host holds late arrivals by arrangement.
Is there glamping at Oasis Knebworth?+
Yes. Basecamp is a pop-up glamping hotel of fifty pre-pitched bell tents sleeping up to four on the Old Knebworth side of the park, sold by the night for all six shows. We do not take bring-your-own tents.
How far is the glamping from the arena?+
About a mile from the stage. The walking route to the pedestrian entrance is agreed with the estate and sent to every guest at least 14 days before the show, with a shuttle as the fallback; budget 30 to 40 minutes door to door.
Dogs?+
Not in the hotel this year.
