Oasis Knebworth 2027 accommodation: a bed a mile from the stage.
Knebworth Park has no hotel of its own, and a Knebworth show finishes late. Knebworth Basecamp is the accommodation answer on the park's own doorstep: fifty bell tents on our farm at Old Knebworth, pitched and made up before you arrive, sleeping up to four, with hot showers and parking included, and a bar and food on site, paid for as you go. £699 a night per tent, which is about £175 each with four sharing, or £1,899 for a three-night Weekender. Fifty tents, so when they are gone, they are gone.
What the accommodation is
A pop-up glamping site for the six Oasis shows: 11 and 12, 18 and 19, 25 and 26 September 2027. Each bell tent is made up before you arrive as one double bed or four single beds, your choice when you book, and sleeps up to four. A shower block with hot showers and a toilet block with flushing toilets stand in the glamping field, a bar and food traders are next door, and a host is on site throughout.
There are nine nights: the Friday and Saturday nights of each weekend for the Saturday shows, and the Sunday nights for the Sunday shows. Parking for one car per tent in the guest car park is included; it is separate from the pre-booked show-day parking we sell to day visitors.
Why a mile from the stage matters
The show is expected to end around 23:00. Staying further out means the car-park exit, the A1(M) or the last train, and a taxi queue with tens of thousands of other people. From Knebworth Basecamp you walk back the way you came, to a lit field and a bed that is already made. In the morning there is no tent to take down and no checkout scramble.
The site is on the Old Knebworth side of the estate, to the west, and is approached from the B656 and Codicote, away from the Junction 7 queue that fed the official car parks at previous shows. The park's Old Knebworth Lane entrance is a 15-minute walk from our site, passing the Lytton Arms pub about halfway; the route on to the arena depends on the entrances the organisers open, so we confirm it nearer the time.
What it costs, and how to book
The price is £699 a night per tent, whatever the beds and however many of you there are, up to four. With four sharing that is about £175 a person a night; with two it is around £350. You pay in full when you book, or, for a bell-tent booking (a Friday–Saturday pair, a Weekender or a Sunday night) made by 31 March 2027, pay in stages: 20% when you book, half by 31 January 2027 and the rest by 1 June 2027 (from 1 January 2027, half when you book). Food and drink are paid for as you go; nothing is bundled into the price.
Bookings are open: pick your nights on the booking page. There are fifty tents a night, so a popular weekend can sell out while another still has room.
What it is not
It is not a concert ticket: a booking here does not get you into the park, and we do not sell tickets. It is not a bring-your-own-tent field either: nobody pitches anything, and we do not take tents, campervans or caravans overnight. It is a small, stewarded glamping site in a field, run by the people who own the field.

Are there hotels at Knebworth Park itself?+
No. Knebworth House does not have a hotel. Knebworth Basecamp is a mile from the stage on the Old Knebworth side.
Is Knebworth Basecamp official?+
No. It is a private site on our own farmland, not affiliated with Oasis, the promoter or Knebworth House, and it does not sell concert tickets. What you get is a bed a mile from the stage, run by the people who own the land.
How many people can stay in a tent?+
Up to four. Choose one double bed or four single beds when you book and give us the name of everyone staying.
Can we stay more than one night?+
Yes. For a Saturday show the usual stay is Friday and Saturday nights; for both shows in a weekend, all three nights at the Weekender rate.
Is parking included?+
Yes, one car per tent for glamping guests, in the guest car park two minutes from your tent. Tell us the registration when you book; an extra car is £35 a night, by request after booking. Day visitors can book a separate show-day parking space at £35 a car.
What does it cost per person?+
£699 a night per tent, so about £175 each with four sharing, £233 with three and £350 with two.
Do you sell Oasis tickets?+
No, and a booking is not a ticket. You need your own concert ticket to get into the park.
