Oasis Knebworth 2027 accommodation: a bed a mile from the stage.
Knebworth Park has no hotel of its own, the towns around it have a limited number of rooms, and a Knebworth show finishes late. Knebworth Basecamp is the accommodation answer on the park's own doorstep: fifty bell tents on our farm at Old Knebworth, pitched and made up before you arrive, sleeping up to four, with hot showers, a bar and food on site and parking included. Guide price from £699 a night per tent, which is about £175 each with four sharing, and you book only the nights you want. Fifty tents, so when they are gone, they are gone.
What the accommodation is
A pop-up glamping hotel for the six Oasis shows: 11 and 12, 18 and 19, 25 and 26 September 2027. Each bell tent is made up before you arrive as one double bed or four single beds, your choice when you book, and sleeps up to four. A shower block with hot showers and a toilet block with flushing toilets stand in the hotel field, a bar and food traders open next door on show days and hotel evenings, and a host is on site throughout.
Nine nights are on sale: the Friday and Saturday nights of each weekend for the Saturday shows, and the Sunday nights for the Sunday shows. There is no minimum stay, so a Saturday show can be one night or two, and a Saturday-and-Sunday weekend can be three. Parking for your car in the hotel car park is included; it is separate from the pre-booked show-day parking we sell to day visitors.
Why a mile from the stage matters
The show ends around eleven at night. From a hotel in a town you are looking at the car-park exit, the A1(M) or the last train, and a taxi queue with tens of thousands of other people. From Knebworth Basecamp you walk back the way you came, to a lit field, a drink at the bar and a bed that is already made. In the morning there is coffee, no tent to take down and no checkout scramble.
The site is on the west, Old Knebworth, side of the estate and is approached from the B656 and Codicote, away from the Junction 7 queue that the official car parks feed. The walking route to the pedestrian entrance is confirmed and sent to every guest before the show; budget 30 to 40 minutes door to door.
What it costs, and how to book
The guide price is from £699 a night per tent, whatever the beds and however many of you there are up to four. With four sharing that is about £175 a person a night; with two it is around £350. You pay in full when you book, with a full refund on cancellation up to 1 June 2027. Food and drink are paid for as you go; nothing is bundled into the price.
Bookings open shortly. The opening list on the homepage is emailed first on the day they open, with a link that puts you ahead of everyone else. There are fifty tents in total across all three weekends, not fifty a night for the taking, so the first weekend to sell out will be the one whose show sold out first.
What it is not
It is not a concert ticket: a booking here does not get you into the park, and we do not sell tickets. It is not the official campsite or car park, and it is not affiliated with Oasis, the promoter or Knebworth House. It is not a bring-your-own-tent field either: nobody pitches anything, and we do not take tents, campervans or caravans overnight. It is a small, stewarded, independent hotel in a field, run by the people who own the field.

Are there hotels at Knebworth Park itself?+
No. Knebworth House does not have a hotel, so everyone staying over is either in a town some miles away or at an independent site like this one. Ours is a mile from the stage on the Old Knebworth side.
Is Knebworth Basecamp official?+
No. It is an independent site on private farmland, not affiliated with Oasis, the promoter or Knebworth House, and it does not sell concert tickets. What you get is a bed a mile from the stage, run by the people who own the land.
How many people can stay in a tent?+
Up to four. Choose one double bed or four single beds when you book and give us the name of everyone staying.
Can we stay more than one night?+
Yes. Book any of the nine nights on sale in any combination; most people at a Saturday show take Friday and Saturday nights.
Is parking included?+
Yes, for hotel guests, in the hotel car park two minutes from your tent. Tell us your registration when you book. Day visitors can book a separate show-day parking space at £35 a car.
What does it cost per person?+

Do you sell Oasis tickets?+
No, and a booking is not a ticket. You need your own concert ticket to get into the park.
